Yes, in two hours we'll begin our travel!
I can't believe we'll be in Sarajevo in 27 hours!!!!!!! I couldn't sleep I am so excited!!!!!!!!
These last few days with the team has been great! One night we all shared our life stories; some have been through really hard times which only God could bring them though. I was able to lead a dicsussion about the book "Cross & Crescent," it's a great IVP book about Muslim culture, which we're entering. I also gave a mini Bosnian language lesson which was so fun! Ilove language!
Praise God Aya's passport came yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!
Keep praying for God's favor over her during travel.
Pray for Layla and myself as we are both a little sick and have a lot of unknowns as we lead this first team to Zenica. We're excited but we don't know where is the bank, coffee shop, grocery store, etc. Luckily we'll have Jan, he's the missionary in Zenica, to show us around. Pray for God to give us wisdom and patience as we enjoy the newness of everything. Oh- there are probably about 30+ students for the English class in Zenica and only 6 of us, so pray for God to create good friendships and lead us to the few we can really connect with on a deeper level.
Next time I post we'll be in BOSNIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Blessings!
